Sonic X

Series 1 (Seasons 1-2)

During a mission to rescue Cream the Rabbit and Cheese the Chao from Dr. Eggman's headquarters, Sonic and his friends are caught in an explosion that transports them to what seems to be another dimension. Sonic's life is eventually saved from drowning by a twelve year old boy named Christopher Thorndyke. Chris lives in a mansion owned by his two celebrity parents with his inventor grandfather. Chris aids Sonic in locating his friends, and it is not long before Dr. Eggman reappears. Sonic and Eggman race to collect all the Chaos Emeralds in the first 26 episodes and eventually, all of the Chaos Emeralds are retrieved and Chaos Control warped parts of their home to Earth (like Angel Island). The rest of the season features plots based on the Sonic games. In the end, Chris' grandfather invents a portal to send Sonic and everything else from his world. Before he leaves, Chris kidnaps him because he does not want Sonic to abandon him like his parents did. Eventually, Chris comes to terms with his feelings and Sonic returns to his own dimension.

Series 2 (Season 3)

It has been years since Sonic and friends returned to their dimension. Chris is now eighteen and has been working on repairing his grandfather's dimensional portal. A plant being named Cosmo arrives on Sonic's planet, looking for the one who can wield the powers of the Chaos Emeralds. Sonic, having been nearly defeated by a new enemy called Dark Oak, scatters the Chaos Emeralds across the galaxy to prevent Dark Oak from using their power. When Chris uses the portal, he suddenly finds himself in Sonic's world. His age has reversed back to the age when he met Sonic. However, Chris still has all his memories of the years since. To Sonic, only six months had passed. During their reunion, Dark Oak and his Metarex army (similar to the Black Arms from the Sonic games) attack steal the "Planet Egg" from Sonic's planet. Without the Egg, all the plants on the planet wither. Once again, Sonic and friends venture into space to retrieve the Chaos Emeralds. After many run-ins with Dr. Eggman and the pursuing Metarex, Cosmo is eventually unveiled as an unwilling spy for the Metarex, who are part of the same race of anthropomorphic plants that Cosmo from. When the Metarex enact a plan that could destroy the universe, Cosmo sacrifices herself with the help of Super Sonic and Super Shadow, and her essence is manifested in the form of a seed. With Metarex destroyed, Eggman helps Chris to be sent back home. Soon thereafter, Dr. Eggman revives his previous rivalry with Sonic, albeit a light-hearted one.

They find a lightning, wind and grass stone. Chomp is accidentally activated when Max rubs the card on the stone. The D-Team meet their new enemies in the Alpha Gang when they come to catch it. The result was that the D-Team and Alpha Gang often clashed for possession of dinosaurs that are activated. In the finale, the Alpha Gang's Seth turns on his comrades with his Black Tyrannosaurus, which is ultimately defeated thanks to Rex's true parents. Seth attempts to bring Chomp back to the past, which fails, and Seth is sent into the past alone. The D-Team surrender their dinosaurs to Rex's parents, with many tears.

Jark, the leader of the Zanjark, provides the dinosaur cards. However in episode 75, Seth seems to become a traitor to Zanjark as he appeals to the D-Team for help, saying that they forced him to help them. Viva Piñata

In a garden on Piñata Island, a multitude of happy, colorful Piñata species live, frolic, dance, and grow. The goal of the piñatas is to fill themselves with candy, so they can be chosen by Piñata Central to entertain at birthday parties or retirement parties and other special celebrations. The piñatas have their own gardens and love to party. Each species is a portmanteau of an animal and a sweet type of food.

It is here in the garden, among the burrowing Profitamole, the bovine Moozipan and the tree-swinging Cinnamonkey that we will find a small band of Piñata friends that have known one another since they were children when they first came to the garden.

Being a piñata means something different for piñatas. Some Piñatas can’t wait to reach their maximum candy level so they can leave the Piñata Factory over and over again, bringing joy to children and partygoers all over the world. Others are not happy about the prospect of being shipped off to a strange place where happy children in festive hats hang them from a tree, bludgeon them until their limbs fall off, and devour their innards. Still others physically train for the parties as if they were off to the Olympic Games—hardening their bodies to create a challenge for the children clamoring to get at their candy.

Why is it that Piñata Island is the only place in the world Piñatas can be found? Even the Piñatas don’t really know—but with so much happening in the garden, what with weird new Piñatas arriving all the time, crazed black-market Piñata poachers trying to muscle in on Piñata Central action, mysteries to solve, violent garden pests known as sours to contend with, and constant opportunities to dance—who has time to worry about it?

The only thing upon which these Piñatas can agree is that on Piñata Island, anything can happen.

Danny Phantom

Danny Phantom centers on the life and adventures of 14-year-old Danny Fenton, an unpopular boy attending Casper High. He lives with eccentric ghost hunting parents and an older sister, Jazz, who is often overbearing. Upon pressure of his best friends, Sam and Tucker, he wanders inside his parent's Ghost Portal. He accidentally presses a button that zaps his entire body, infusing his DNA with ectoplasm, transforming him into a half ghost boy. Danny, who calls himself 'Danny Phantom' in ghost form, develops the ability to fly, become invisible, and turn his body intangible. Over time Danny becomes more powerful and develops other powers which he has to learn to control.

Danny panics over his ghost powers at first, but he soon realizes that he can use his powers to protect his town from ill-meaning ghosts. After the defeat of a bipolar Lunch Lady Ghost, Danny turns to the life of a superhero, using his powers to rid his hometown of Amity Park from the various ghosts (either entities/monsters or spirits of the deceased from another dimension)[3] that plague it. Danny's best friends, technophile Tucker Foley and goth-minded ultra-recyclo vegetarian Samantha (Sam) Manson support Danny and help him with his ghost fighting. Aside from a variety of ghosts, Danny faces threats of many calibers, including vengeful ghost hunter Valerie Gray, other half ghost/rival Vlad Masters/Plasmius, and even his own parents--being ghost hunters, they view Danny Phantom (and any ghosts) as a menace to society. In addition, Danny tries to keep his secret safe from his classmates, teachers, and family. Throughout it all, Danny slowly realizes his own potential and his purpose, while his worlds - both the Ghost Zone and Earth - slowly begin to accept him as their defender.

My Gym Partner's a Monkey

The story revolves around Adam Lyon, a human student at Charles Darwin Middle School. After a clerical error listed his name as "Lion", he is sent from Chester Arthur Middle School to Charles Darwin Middle School, a school for the local zoo animals. Shortly after his transfer, he is partnered with Jake Spidermonkey in gym, hence the title. While Adam has to deal with the obvious difficulties humans have performing animal-like tasks, Jake likes to just have fun at everyone else's expense. Jake is also quite attached to Adam, going into deep depression when Adam hangs out with other friends or is away for a while. This is exemplified by Jake publicly crying when Adam is sick for a day.

Adam (left) and Jake (right)

Much of Charles Darwin Middle School is modeled after specific habitats. There are fish tubes created so that the fish can breathe and swim around. There are also vines and bodies of water. Some animals like Bull Sharkowski use devices to allow them to live outside of their natural habitat. In Bull's case he uses what looks like headphones full of water that go around his gills. The main characters have been able to breathe in water in the early episodes for some mysterious reason.

Charles Darwin Middle School appears to be the only animal school around, as it is later explained in the episode "Uniformity." In the episode, there are high end east coast schools for animals. Also, there is a school for plants called Creeping Broad-Leaf Sedge Middle School (CBLSMS) where Jake is sent to due to a clerical error calling him a spider plant. The school competes against human schools in athletics and other events. In one episode where Adam signs up to return to his old school for a day transfer, all the teachers and staff seem to replicate their animal counterparts.

The three spend most of their time in Stormalong Harbor, where they earn money, eat candy, and get into mischief.
